Ogbomoso inner roads gets Makinde Attention, Reconstruction to start in 6 weeks Makinde Told Soun in his palace
The Executive Governor of Oyo state His Excellency Gov Seyi Makinde during his visit to the modernized Ancient Palace of Ogbomosoland told the highly revered monarch the names of all roads to be reconstructed in Ogbomoso metropolis (North & South) and the two contractors to split the work for quick completion.After the open meeting in the palace hall, the governor and the monarch proceeded to have a closed door meeting in the inner chamber of the palace. The meeting is unconnected from development of Ogbomosoland.
Recall that very recently the president also received the monarch at the state house, Aso Rock Abuja, where the monarch listed out his request for the development of Ogbomosoland and proceeded to a close door reception by the president.
The governor promises road flag off in 4 – 6 weeks.
