Congratulations to Adekunle Ayomide, a 300 Level student of Mechanical Engineering at LAUTECH, who has emerged as the National Champion of the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Nigeria Public Speaking and Debating Championship!
The keenly contested national finals took place on October 11, 2025, in Akure, Ondo State, bringing together some of the most articulate and intelligent young minds from across the country. Ayomide, who earlier clinched victory in the Oyo State collegiate round two months ago, represented the state with excellence and confidence, ultimately triumphing over strong competitors from the Northern and Southern regions.
For his outstanding performance, Ayomide received a cash prize, an award plaque, and a Medal of Excellence in recognition of his oratory prowess and leadership potential.
