The management of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso.(LAUTECH) has announced the new payable tuition fee for new students of the school which will take effect in the 2024/2025 academic session.
ECLAT MEDIA reported earlier on Thursday, February 8, 2024 when the management announced the new payable tuition fee for fresh undergraduate and post graduate students for 2023/2024 academic session through a memo signed by the university registrar and the new fee regime ranges from N221,000 to N553,000 depending on course of study and state of origin.
Last week, ECLAT MEDIA reported that LAUTECH governing council and Senate announced a significant hike in tuition fees for 300-600 level students for the 2024/2025 academic session, with indigene students paying ₦168,000 and non-indigene paying ₦204,000, a decision that has sparked widespread reactions across social media and beyond.
Today, November 16th, 2024 the management has announced a sharp increase in tuition fees for its fresh undergraduate students for 2024/2025 academic session via the university portal for fresh students.
The tuition fee is faculty based and based on state of origin which varies from N316,000 to N787,000.
